El Placer is located in the heart of El Eje Cafetero, the coffee zone of Quindio. It is run by Sebastian Ramirez, a fourth-generation coffee producer. Sebastian has been managing his family farm for over a decade. He focuses a lot on experimental and innovative coffee processing methods, which makes his coffee stand out.
