2026 Harvest

A natural Geisha with a little mischief in it. Coffee blossom up front, then the sweet-tart pull of tamarind and a bright cranberry finish. Pull it as a shot or slow it down on a V60 — it rewards either.

Kotowa sits in the lush highlands of Boquete, Panama, and is one of the most respected farms in the region. Founded over a century ago, it is known for sustainable farming and a steady willingness to try new things. Las Brujas — “The Witches” — is one of its plantations, at 1,800 metres, and its terroir gives the coffee grown there a character all its own.
