Welcome to BlendIn Coffee Club. By accessing or buying from blendincoffeeclub.com (the "Site"), you agree to these terms.
Products and pricing. We work to display our coffees, prices, and availability accurately. Because we roast in limited weekly batches and source rare lots, items may sell out and prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.
Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and we may cancel and refund an order if an item is mispriced, unavailable, or flagged by our fraud or address checks.
Account and accuracy. If you create an account, you are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for activity under your account. Please keep your shipping address current; we are not responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.
Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or use its content without permission. All text, images, logos, and design on the Site are owned by BlendIn Coffee Club or our licensors and may not be reused without written consent.
Subscriptions. Subscription purchases are also governed by our Subscription Policy.
Disclaimer and liability. The Site and our products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlendIn Coffee Club is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
