An everyday bag with more going on than most. Pink Bourbon grown across Inmaculada's Fellows partner farms and dried as a natural — guava and blueberry up front, with a dry hibiscus-tea finish that keeps it from turning syrupy. Good hot, better as it cools.

Fellows Farms is a producer partnership program from Inmaculada Coffee Farms, the Holguín family estate founded in 2010 in the village of Pichindé, tucked into the Andean foothills of Farallones National Park outside Cali. Through Fellows, Inmaculada works alongside neighboring smallholders, sharing its agronomy and harvesting expertise, then buying ripe cherry directly at the farm at a premium of 30% or more over market. From there, Inmaculada takes on the transport, drying, fermentation and milling in its own facilities, so the farmers skip the cost of a wet mill and get paid far sooner. Every lot is processed to estate standards.
