Gesha Village Honey Lot E25
August Pinnacle Subscription features Gesha Village Honey Lot E25. Gesha Village lies in Bench Maji, southwest Ethiopia, founded by Adam Overton and Rachel Samuel after a 2007 trip to document Ethiopian coffee left them with a lasting passion for the country, its people, and its coffee. This lot comes from their Rarities Special Fermentation tier — honey-processed and grown at 1,909–2,063 MASL in the Surma area.
In the cup, expect jasmine honeysuckle, ripe peach, and lychee — a fragrant, juicy coffee that shows off the Gesha 1931 varietal at its most expressive.
