A big, juicy Pacamara for everyday drinking — blueberry and plum up front, candied lemon on the finish. Forgiving enough for a weekday brew, interesting enough that you'll notice it.

After retiring, Gonzalo and Yrma Palenzuela discovered a shared joy in tending coffee trees — a simple hobby that soon blossomed into a lifelong passion. What began as a pastime eventually grew into Agricola, the couple's coffee project and now the home of some of Panama's most coveted specialty coffees. At the 2025 Best of Panama competition, Agricola placed 8th in the Geisha Natural category with a score of 93.

Finca Luisa, one of Agricola's five farms, sits at 1,300 metres above sea level in Jaramillo, Boquete. It was the first property Gonzalo and Yrma purchased together, and it remains an important part of their story. The farm is named Luisa in honor of Yrma, who has been deeply involved in quality control and farm operations from the very beginning.
