Adaura Geisha Natural Enfleurage

Panama

2026 Harvest

The cleanest natural we've cupped from Adaura: elderflower up front, Harumi citrus through the middle and ripe peach on the finish. This is November's Pinnacle coffee, and it rewards a pour-over you give your full attention.

Adaura Coffee sits in the El Salto area of Boquete, Panama's best-known coffee region. Marcus Duran founded the farm in 2018, and in a short time it has earned a serious reputation, taking 1st place in the Washed Geisha category and 7th in the Natural Geisha category at the 2024 Best of Panama.

This lot shares the dark-room drying behind Lot Absolu, the 2024 Best of Panama Natural Geisha No. 7. The difference is what's left out. Absolu spends 48 hours oxidising in an open tank before drying, and that step is where its depth comes from. This lot skips it entirely, so nothing is layered over the fruit.
