After visiting the Santa Barbara region of Honduras last year, we continued our relationship with producer Llonis Martinez and returned to his Natural Parainema once again this season. This year’s lot preserves the tropical character we loved, but with even greater clarity—cleaner, brighter, and more refined. It reflects Martinez’s ongoing dedication to elevating his processing, and it further strengthens our excitement for a long-term partnership with him.
