Esmeralda Buenos Aires 2NC

Hacienda La Esmeralda was founded by the Peterson family. Esmeralda is renowned worldwide for the discovery of Geisha varietal in Panama. In 2004, Esmeralda won the Best of Panama Competition with their Geisha for the first time. Their Geisha is famous for the delicate floral notes and extraordinary complexity. Esmeralda has won multiple awards throughout the years and broken the record of the highest price that coffee was sold for multiple times. 

 

Lot: Buenos Aires 2NC

Buenos Aires 2 NC was harvested on January 6th, 2025 from the Buenos Aires lot in Hacienda La Esmeralda’s Jaramillo farm. After harvest, this microlot was slow dried for 50 days in raised beds located in a the cold dehumidified drying room at 16 C.
