This coffee is grown and harvested at Shantawene, Sidama, Ethiopia and processed at Buncho washing station. Buncho washing station is owned and operated by Asefa Dukamo of Daye Bensa, sits adjacent to Gatta farm and is set against the backdrop of a beautiful waterfall.
This is our first honey processed coffee from Ethiopia. This coffee is very complex. We taste a lot of tropical fruits, some floral and stone fruit in the cup, with mild and lively acidity reminding us of blackberry.
