Shipping policy
Roasted to order, shipped on Thursdays. We roast in weekly batches so your coffee is as fresh as possible. Orders are roasted Monday to Wednesday and shipped every Thursday. Orders placed after our Wednesday 12:00 PM Central cutoff are included in the following Thursday's shipment.
Transit. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days via USPS / UPS, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.
Rates. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your cart and destination. Orders over $50 ship free.
Whole bean. We ship whole bean only, so your coffee keeps its character until you grind it.
Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States. International orders: see checkout for availability; any customs duties or import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
Lost or delayed packages: email with your order number and we will help track it down.
