Barista Full-time/ Part-time - Sugar Land

We are looking for passionate, coffee-loving baristas to join our core team. As a barista at BlendIn Coffee Club, you will be expected to:

• Love coffee and love people.
• Follow our standards and recipes for espresso-based drinks and manual brewing with different brew methods.
• Ensure high quality and consistency of the product.
• Keep the customers involved and interested in our coffee and provide excellent customer service.
• Be able to learn and remember customer’s names and their favourite drinks.
• Keep a clean and tidy working area.
• Correctly maintain and clean the coffee equipment.
• Perform your duties efficiently while supporting a positive work environment.
• Willing to learn and share coffee knowledge, and be creative about signature coffee drinks.

Previous coffee experience in specialty coffee is preferred but not necessary. Training will be provided to all team members. A current food handler’s permit is compulsory.
