2026 Harvest
Finca Los Cenizos is a celebrated, family-owned coffee farm nestled in the highlands of Cerro Punta, in the Tierras Altas region of Chiriquí, Panama. Established in 2008 by Estela Pittí, the farm has quickly earned a place among Panama's top-tier producers, with multiple Best of Panama awards to its name. Situated high between 1,800 and 2,200 meters above sea level, it benefits from rich volcanic soil, cool mountain air, and natural springs-ideal conditions for slow cherry maturation and complex cup profiles.
