Shakiso

This coffee is from Kayon Mountain farm, which is located 510 kilometers south of Addis Ababa. Kayon Mountain farm has a nursery on-site and utilizes shade to protect the coffees as well as for creating compost to fertilize naturally. This natural coffee are picked, rinsed and sorted, and then dried on raised beds. The drying can take between 12 to 20 days, also depending on the weather.

This coffee has tons of strawberry notes and well-balanced with a sweet and syrupy flavor. If you are a fan of natural coffees, this coffee is sure to hit all the right taste buds.
