Finca Deborah is famous globally for producing competition level and high-end Geisha Coffee. The plantation is located at an elevation of 1900 meters and nestled deep in the mountains of Volcan.

The name of this coffee is Vivid. The processing starts with CM (carbonic maceration) composition. Coffee cherries are deposited into hermetic CO2 infused tanks for over 50 hours. PH and temperature are constantly registered and monitored. After removed from the tank, cherries are repulsed and then placed on shaded African beds to dry. Vivid is one of the most complex coffees from Finca Deborah.
