Finca Deborah Echo

Finca Deborah is famous globally for producing competition level and high end Geisha coffee. The plantation is located at an elevation of 1800 meters and nestled deep in the mountains of Volcan.

Echo is built upon the washed carbonic maceration process, a dose of cascara (coffee fruit) is added to the tanks providing a slightly more fruit forward cup while maintaining balance and transparency. Echo is highly floral on both the nose and in the cup.
