Elida Estate is located in Boquete, Panama and owned by Lamastus family. Lamastus family has been producing at Elida Estate for four generations since 1918. They are the record breaker with 95.25 points in the Best of Panama Competition 2019.
The processing method of this coffee is called Natural ASD (Anaerobic Slow Dry). The extra long fermentation and drying time give this coffee a very unique flavor profile. It has super intense fruity notes with bright acidity. It is delicious for both espresso and pour-over.
